Inspired by gift of saffron from colleague Fatimeh I popped into Persepolis for ingredients/recipes and got both. Pleased to report Ab-Gusht with lamb (p153) was very well received and gobbled down. First attempt at Tahdik (p202) was less successful but still tasty and fluffy, just didn’t turn out of pan smoothly, will try with flat bread tomorrow.
Recipes really clear to follow and plenty to read while waiting for food to cook.
