Aghil Shirin is a wonderful mixture of nuts and fruit. It is traditionally eaten on Chahr Shanbeh Suri and Shab-e-Yalda: ancient Iranian celebrations of season. But we reckon it tastes pretty good all the year round. Mixture varies.
