KUK. Not kok, or kak. No tittering on our watch. These delicate, fragrant pastries are a speciality from Kermanshah (Mr. S’ home patch, don’t you know). Infused with cardamom and cinnamon, and dusted with icing sugar, they just melt in the mouth. Contain egg and traces of nuts.
