Description
Wherein you get to work in the Persepolis kitchen, side by side with Mrs. Shopkeeper, for a ‘day’ (well, six hours with breaks – catering days are far too long for most mortals). This is an opportunity to garner pretty much all our trade secrets whilst picking up a few basic kitchen skills (depending on your level of ability) and getting a taste of life in a real commercial environment. The price includes tuition, coffee and lunch, and a souvenir Persepolis apron or signed cookbook to take away.
