Thanks for all the kind words from those of you who have popped in worried that we’ve been steamed or at least broken into. We have actually, quite simply, after an unfathomable delay of six years, had a new shopfront fitted. So that our two halves match, like. And so that we don’t leak when it rains, or graze our knuckles in the Winter. We have to confess, it pleases us in an embarrassingly child-like way that we have buttons to make things go up and down.
Even we’re astounded as to how big it makes us look from outside, and we reckon it will give us one sixteenth more shop space. That’s more room for events. More space to clutter up. More window for art and posters. Just more stuff. Everywhere.
