The basic theme of the class (and we do reserve the right to ‘drift’) will be Veggiestan, so we’re talking Middle Eastern vegetarian cuisine. With a Mrs. Shopkeeper twist.
There is only room for 5 in the class, and it is very informal. At the end of the session you can either eat the banquet therein produced…or take it home to impress your nearest and dearest/the cat.
